I’ve been working on this national geographic project for southeast texas region for like two months, if even that long. And I can not wait until it’s over! Dont get me wrong, I love the shooting and the editing, but the producers are micro managing everything. That I can’t take for much longer. It is goin to get finished on time, stop worrying. Well its all good because at least I will have it to go on my resume and reel. And I’ll be getting payed a lot! Oh yeah! I’d just thought I fill you in on my life, cuase it’s pretty awesome.
Oh and by the way
•January 14, 2010 • Leave a CommentThe first episode of LFAs web seires is up. I put it here for all to watch.
I saw a video
•January 14, 2010 • Leave a CommentOk I saw this video on YouTube today because I had heard some stuff about it. It was good. Better then most of the junk you find on YouTube, but apparently this video caught the eye of someone and they gave the creator of this YouTube video like a 30 million dollar contract to make a movie. WHAT! How does that happen? one day you make a short 5 minute film and put it on YouTube, then BOOM your given 30 million dollars to make a feature. That is literally a dream come true. i don’t care how it happens, all i care about is that some day someone will notice my talent and allow me the opportunity to share my talent with the world.
Film focused
•November 9, 2009 • Leave a CommentIt is so hard trying to keep my mind focused on working on films. I know that I need to be doing something everyday involveing film. That means writing, editing, thinks of ideas, storyboarding. Just do something but it us so hard. I desire the filmmakers life so much and I’m not going to give up but I need to keep pushing myself to be film focused.
Production!!!
•November 6, 2009 • Leave a CommentGoodness, soo much production going on. We are shooting on the 13th for the web series. We did the overhead shots for the camera angels last night and that was productive. Then tomorrow I’m going to be field producer/cameraman/sound guy/editor for a 4-5 minute spot in the Jason Project. Awesome! so things are going great. Also I am going to apply for an internship at a production company in Dallas for summer. Hopefully I will get it. Wish me luck.
Non-stop
•November 3, 2009 • Leave a CommentTrying to start a career in the film business has made me realize it’s a non-stop work session. You literally can not stop working at making movies or you get so far behind. This is a new concept for me since I enjoy the occasional doing nothing. Having to impliment this new way of living, I feel, will put a strian on me and might put one one my friendships. But I know I have to start doing this or I’m never going to get anywhere.

•October 31, 2009 • Leave a CommentSo I have made a Pepsi commercial for Halloween. Unfortunately it will not be up for Halloween. I still have to edit it and put some finishing touches on it, but it will be up so get ready.

So I’m working on the Jason Project for southeast Texas. Then I’m workig on a show for my college that will be played to a fairly wide audience. So this is very cool. Well that’s aboutitb for now.
